About PRC
About the Perinatal Resource Collaborative
The village for the villagers — a global, algorithm-free home for the professionals who support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum year.
What We Do
The Perinatal Resource Collaborative (PRC) is a global community portal built for birth and postpartum professionals. It brings doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, childbirth educators, therapists, chiropractors, bodyworkers, and allied practitioners into one shared space where they can find each other, learn from one another, and collaborate on care.
The platform hosts member profiles and a partner directory, a magazine-style blog, live events and replays, member-exclusive offers, and media opportunities where professionals can share their expertise. There are no engagement algorithms deciding who gets seen. Connections are made by people, not feeds — so relationships, referrals, and collaboration are driven by intent rather than popularity.
Who It's For
PRC is built for perinatal professionals at every stage of their career — from newly certified doulas building their first referral network to seasoned practitioners and educators who want to deepen their impact. It is equally valuable for organizations, brands, and community partners that serve growing families and want to reach the professionals who support them.
Families benefit too. Our public resources, magazine, podcast, and partner offers help parents find trusted, vetted support in their own communities.

Who Builds It
Founded by perinatal professionals
PRC was founded in 2024 by practitioners who lived the fragmentation of this field firsthand and set out to build the community they wished existed.
