All Certifications include a Certificate Fee in the price. If you do not receive Certification, or for any reason, the trainer does not feel that you have completed the necessary components, including ecology and integrity, you will not receive certification and be refunded that fee.

Refunds for other Classes, Courses and Offerings by Nicole Harlot

If you purchased a pre-recording or any program that includes intellectual property, the void and removal of access to that will be severed upon cancellation or refund request.

A refund may be given based on situational and circumstantial discussion with Nicole depending on the program, event, ceremony, and course purchased.

All In Person Events are non- refundable but if you are no longer able to make the event, and equal credit will be given for future events or virtual offerings.

Perinatal Resource Collaborative Membership or Subscriptions Purchases will not be given a prorated refund for the year, but you have the option to cancel your renewal up to 7 days prior to renewal without penalty.

Any promotional offers, specials or discounted rates will only be refunded the amount paid, not the original price.

At any point, Nicole and Harlot Co. has the right to change the policies going forward and in no way is liable for the undue of the clients financial situation, shifts or fall outs.
