Review the Pillars These are some guidelines that I would like to establish in this space, there are not many, but they are important for keeping integrity and values aligned with the mission and vision of the Collaborative.

1. KINDNESS:

We don't all have the same experiences, viewpoints or opinions, and all are welcomed as long as they are presented kindly and in a non-harming or malicious way. The intention of all conversation should be kind, even if there are opposite ideas.

2. LANGUAGE:

Whether you choose to use women, mother, birthing people, or any other terms- All language is welcome in the PRC, what's not welcomed is attacking or invalidating that both are equally okay to use by whomever chooses to. We will never edit or censor your language (if being used respectfully) in any contributions to collective projects or in the shared spaces.

3. SAFE SPACE:

We have a space for debriefing and that thread is sacred, it should be judgment free and absolutely no responses (even positive ones) should be added to that thread, this space will be for women only.

4. ENGAGEMENT:

Participation is crucial for the success of this collaborative, so please visit and engage in the community chat or any other area of the group as often as you can. Even if it's just reactions to others posts, let us know you are here!

5. PROMOTING AND SHARING YOUR OFFERS

: Unlike other spaces that I know we have all been a part of, this is a space to SHARE, PROMOTE AND CELEBRATE YOURSELF in all aspects! I don't think of it as spam, I think of it as service- and I invite you all to do the same. This also creates an energy of abundance and opportunities for us to share and refer each other as well! In addition, please bring this mindset to sharing others and also resources that you have as well.
