3 Steps to Showing Up as Your Best
Click each step to mark it complete. Don't skip any — each one builds on the last.
Step 1 of 3
Set Up Your Seedlink
A Seedlink virtual business card is RECOMMENDED at every Hey, SIS!™ session. This is your digital handshake — the way every person in the room walks away with a way to find you, follow up with you, and refer you. Without it, you leave connections on the table. No Other Links will be accepted in the session.
PRC Contributors receive a FREE Bloom subscription, and PRC Villagers get 25% OFF — check your member benefits before signing up!
Step 2 of 3
Download & Complete Your Worksheet
The Hey, SIS!™ worksheet walks you through all 6 prompts so you arrive with clarity and confidence. Professionals who complete it in advance stand out — their share is focused, compelling, and memorable. This is your prep work. Do it.
Print it, fill it in, and keep it in front of you on session day. This is the difference between fumbling through your share and owning your 6 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Practice Your 6-Minute Share Out Loud
Six minutes sounds like a lot — until the clock is running. Practice your share out loud at least twice before session day. A hard stop at 6 minutes is enforced without exception, out of respect for every person in the room who prepared and is waiting for their turn.
Tip: Record yourself or use a timer. You'll immediately know which prompts need tightening. Preparation is the greatest act of respect you can bring to this community.

Session Day Expectations
Your Commitments to the Group
Hey, SIS!™ works because everyone holds the same standard. These aren't suggestions — they are the foundation of a space where real connections happen.
Arrive On Time — No Exceptions
The session order is set at the start. If you arrive late, you may lose your turn to share. Every participant here prepared and showed up — honor that by doing the same. Punctuality is professionalism.
Stay for the Entire Session
This is a community of professionals invested in each other's success. Leaving early signals to every person still waiting to share that their time matters less than yours. Commit to the full session — that is the standard of Hey, SIS!™.
Be Fully Present
No multitasking. No side conversations. When someone is sharing, give them your full attention — take notes, listen for connections, think about how you can support them. That is how genuine relationships are built.
Respect the 6-Minute Hard Stop
The facilitator will stop you at 6 minutes — regardless of where you are in your share. This is not personal; it is equity. Every participant deserves equal time. Practice so you finish strong, not mid-sentence.

Our Why
Why Hey, SIS!™ Is Free — And Why We Need You to Protect It
Access to community should never be a barrier in this work. But a free, open space only stays that way when everyone who enters it shows up with intention.
Access for All
Perinatal professionals — especially those early in their journey — shouldn't have to pay to find their people. We keep Hey, SIS!™ free so that no one is left out of the village because of budget.
Real Relationships
When the barrier to entry is low, the quality of connection has to be held high — by you. Showing up prepared, on time, and present is how you honor the gift of a free space built for your growth.
Sustained by Respect
We can keep these sessions open and free because the people who attend them take them seriously. The moment the culture shifts — sessions become transactional, rushed, or disrespected — the impact disappears.
Your respect for this space is what keeps it free for the next person.
Every time someone shows up late, leaves early, or talks over a fellow participant — they borrow from the community's trust. Every time someone comes prepared, stays present, and listens generously — they invest in it. Be an investor.
Every connection you make in this room has the potential to change a family's birth experience. Show up prepared. Stay the whole time. Be someone your peers can count on. That is how we build a village strong enough to truly support maternal and perinatal health.
